Purchased a dress for a hens a week out and unfortunately I over estimated my size which seem two sizes too big so returned it for a size down and the parcels came within two days of ordering them through express shipping. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault in the second dress so wasn’t able to wear it. The support team and Chelsea from support were great in assisting a refund within their return policy and understanding of the fault in the dress.
