I am beyond upset with my experience with this company. I spent over $1,000 on dresses, expecting quality and reliable service, but instead, I received four damaged items. To make matters worse, I missed the return window for the others by just one day, and I was informed that there would be no exceptions to their policy. They are trying to tell me that I can only receive store credit for damaged items, which I cannot accept! I want a refund for the other items as well due to not wanting anything to do with this company.The entire situation has left me feeling disrespected and ignored. I have repeatedly requested a phone number to speak directly with someone about my concerns, but I have received nothing. I feel like I’m just being given the runaround, with no genuine support to address my frustration over the poor quality of their products. The only responses I have been able to receive are generic copy and pasted emails. It’s unbelievable that after spending such a significant amount on dresses, I’m treated this way. This company clearly does not value its customers or their experiences. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice and avoid this company altogether!
