I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased a dress for my first trip to Las Vegas and it took forever to get delivered. It arrived too late and I couldn’t even try it on before leaving for a week long vacation. Upon returning home, I was able to see it in person and did not like it. I tried returning and they would not let me. I was annoyed that I would have to pay the $15 fee to return in the first place but whatever, I wanted the bulk of my $100 back. But because their return policy is SEVEN DAYS which is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of, I couldn’t even get part of my money back. I missed it by ONE DAY. I reached out to customer service and explained that I literally went on a week vacation and didn’t receive it in time and they pretty much told me “too bad it’s been 7 days” and that I could get a store credit instead AND still have to pay $15 to ship this dress back. I will never shop here again.
