I am extremely disappointed in my latest Showpo order. My dress arrived and it looked nothing like the picture and the material was so cheap. I contacted customer service and they told me to just send it back at my own cost. Honestly this is disgraceful, it’s false advertising and it’s the customers that have to pay for it. €100 for a dress that looks like it was drop shipped from shien. This used to be one of my favourite brands but after this encounter myself and my friends won’t be shopping here again.
