I placed an order and it didn’t arrive, it took almost a week for them to confirm it was lost and issue a refund. I thought it was a fluke and placed another order (I know, that’s on me). Second order also didn’t arrive by the estimated date. Customer service was unhelpful and I might have to wait another week. Save your time and money.
