Eric was so helpful! Unfortunately, I had a terrible buying experience as both of the dresses that I bought to wear at my own hens were disappointing. One was damaged and the other was very poor quality and was yellow in colour. But Erin in customer service was so helpful in getting this updated for me and issuing me a full refund. Cannot fault the service team!
