I went to return an order recently and found out they recently changed their policy for refunds to within 10 days from receipt (versus 30). They never proactively notified existing customers so I had no idea the policy changed and was left with nearly $1000 in store credit and they wouldn't budget on an exception. It was scammy, but rather than fight them, I kept the store credit. Then, I ordered with store credit and the package said delivered, but never arrived at my building (I checked everywhere and notified the super, who also could not locate the package). The tracking number they gave me that said it was delivered when I contacted customer support was different from the one they sent to my email with the order. The one sent to my email still says status unknown and there is no photo evidence of a successful delivery to my address. The 'real' tracking number they provided does not even include my full address so it's likely it could have gone to the wrong building. I'd dispute this with my bank, but I can't because it's store credit. Rather than resend the package, which most credible retailers do, they are suggesting I launch an investigation, upon which, I still don't believe they'll refund or resend a replacement package. I've ordered from Showpo many times over the past few years, so it's really disappointing that they treat loyal customers this way. I would give 0 stars if I could.
