ordered from what I thought was a US site/company but apparently was Australian. I needed to return 1 item because it didn't fit. Entered my email and order number and it says I must have purchased from another site (meaning different country site) and I have to go to a different store site. NONE of their sites have a 1) phone number, 2) customer service email or 3) working chat button and none of the sites worked when I entered my information. It is 100% SCAM.
