I had ordered 2 dresses and after placing my order I realized I had typed my email wrong. I had reached out to customer service and have been communicating with Kara this whole time. Between the promptness and help she has provided it’s been a very positive experience. Once I received my dresses unfortunately they were too small and I had to initiate a return. Again, being I had the wrong email address I followed up again with Kara who provided me the return label and now that it’s been received had provided me the update. I can’t express how much it means to have really helpful customer service and I need to note Kara has gone above and beyond. I look forward to placing future orders! (With the correct email address lol)
