I have been trying to make a return the past 5 days because my order didn’t come in time, even though I paid for fast shipping. The website keeps telling me due to “technical issues” my request cant be complete. There’s a time limit on returns so how am I supposed to get my money back when I can’t buy the $20 return label in the first place. I keep reaching out but all my e-mails dodge my questions. Worst experience ever. Please help asap.
