Contacted customer support via live chat as I didn’t receive my return label. Once in the chat I had to give my order number. But to give my order number (as I didn’t think to include it in the first part of message description) I had to leave the chat and find it on the app. By doing this I lost the live chat, so I then had to enter all of my details again to get back into the chat and wait in a que again. Perhaps it would be a better idea to ask for the order number when filling in all of your details at the start before you access the chat? Anyway, once that was all sorted i was re-sent my return label in the chat. So just a small suggestion for improvement.
