I bought a jeans from Showpo the sizing just horrible and it is just general for all items which is not applicable. Then, I asked the live customer support she just told me to buy 2 and return the unfit ones to them. That should be a red flag to me, like telling customer to buy 2 items? You should be more helpful to customer to determine the size.Then, got my order perfectly and very fast.When I tried it, it didn't fit and that's okay. That's the consequence from buying online, I'm aware of that. When I tried to do the return the app keeps showing me error. Afterwards, I tried to use the live chat again. In the beginning it was okay, then the girl check my order number which takes so long like 5 minutes, then I asked her "Sorry but are you still there?" Then, she replied: "yep. sorry. Pulling up your order and we are also catering to tons of chats at the moment. Hold on" I do not know if I'm being sensitive or this sound a bit meh.Then, she said I used the wrong account because I place the order using my apple ID. Then, I proceed with asking another questions then she just replied "No it's not" Girl are you okay?I finally log in using my apple ID then got my return booked. On the return it cost me like 9.95 + got my money back or a store credit with free return. Another red flag, is this why you asked customer to buy 2 products when they are not sure with their sizing? Well Showpo it's up to you how you want to run your business :)
