I played a gamble knowing that if I wanted to do a return I was only going to receive store credit. I thought that would be okay as I had another dress in mind as a back up.However, not only is it more expensive than I originally thought (custom/conversion charges), when I return the item I have to also pay €5.50 return charge, I have to physically print off the returns label and I have to wait to receive store credit.This has meant the alternative dress is now out of stock and I have about $100 in store credit for clothing I do not want. It's a real shame and no exceptions can be made.I'd made the gamble as it had really good reviews, but now there's no way I'd shop here again.
