Havent ever had to deal with their customer service until very recently….explains why i kept buying from them. Their clothes are cute, but customer service is appalling. Sent them an email to ask about return extensions due to lockdown, got my case cancelled a week later due to ‘lack of response’……you never got back to me so my case gets cancelled? Then i need to return an item that they sent me in error..they never got back to me, so i live chat them, they say they can’t find the return request then stop talking to me. Safe to say i will no longer be purchasing from this place unless they have some explanation for what’s happened here.
