I originally ordered a few dresses from Showpo for a vacation that ended up arriving after I left for my vacation because the delivery person from DHL (who Showpo partners with) said that the address was incorrect (but I saw him drive and park outside of my house and then keep driving on). They had the correct address. I asked customer service if I could get a refund and they said yes, but only after I received the package (putting the responsibility on me, the customer). It took about three weeks for the package to finally be delivered (it arrived after I returned). Since I didn't need the clothes anymore, I again requested a refund from Showpo. They said that since it was five weeks after I ordered, they could no longer issue me a refund and they could only give me store credit.I was pretty upset that even though they hadn't delivered my order on time, they were placing the responsibility again on me (the customer), but in order to get my value back I returned the clothes.I then followed up after not hearing anything for two weeks after I sent my return delivery and they said that they had not received the package yet. However, one of their customer service people distributed the credits to my account and I've since ordered other items.I wish I could say I loved their service and give them five stars but if I'm being honest, I had a really terrible experience managing their service and I will not shop at Showpo again.
