I purchased shoes with estimated delivery from 5-9 business days delivery. The parcel arrived 18 business days later....in the wrong size!. I was offered some return options and one of them was to have them re-sent in the correct size. But the order was refunded despite my choice. I have been trying to get some information about which size to order without any luck......and no shoes! And now the Customer Happiness officer has stopped answering. Do not recommend this site.
