i recieved a dress that was to small so needed to return it. Being a different return policy to what im use to i jumped on chat and spoke to Claudett and Josie who were both amazing. Very fast response with well explained instructions. Look forward to recieving the new dress as i love it just a shame i ordered the wrong size!
