Although your returns policy is transparent, I find it absolutely ridiculous that you don't give your customers a full refund when they make a return, irrelevant as to whether the item is faulty or not. I have never, in my online shopping experience, been denied a refund to my bank account. Seeing as the item I ordered was not worth the money I spent, I returned it, and now I have been told that I will only be given store credit because the item was not damaged. I was not planning on shopping at showpo again after this disastrous purchase, so I would like my money back ASAP! This is absolutely ridiculous!
