I got a dress size 8, it was way too big so I had to get it returned for store credit (still charged me to get the new dress) got my store credit and used that to get the smaller size. Checked my bank account and they took the whole amount off. Just so much trouble for one dress and I do love the dress but why do you make it so difficult to shop? and why do I need to spend hours on the phone to sort out 1 exchange of the exact same dress?
