I ordered a dress on 8/9 and I had paid $15 for express shipping which is the 2-4 day shipping. And I got an email today that said estimated delivery date august 16, Like there’s a reason I paid extra to get it in 2-4 days not a week. I then spoke with a live agent on their website and she wasn’t helpful at all she then gave me the number for DHL customer support, instead of actually helping me. There’s a reason I spoke to you. Worst customer service I don’t recommend paying the extra money for “fast” shipping because it’s crap. Their “fast” shipping is literally one week I can only imagine the people who don’t pay for express shipping, I wonder when they receive their package.
