If you live on the US, it can be a pain for shipment/ returns. 1st Encounter) It was stated I was going to get it on a specific day, and did not receive it in the mail until 3 weeks later. I had to speak to their Chat customer service(since they don’t do phone customer service) to see if it got lost in the mail or anything. 2nd Encounter) I decided to give them another go expecting it to delay. It came on time, but the quality of one item was not what I paid for, and the second item did not look like the picture online. I decided to return them both and was able to go through the process until it came time to see how I would like to pay for shipping. I decided to go through PayPal, but received an error. When I tried to do it all over again, Showpo’s website stated I was not eligible for any returns at this time when I received the items a day ago. The following morning I tried to get help through Chat support around 10AM, no one was available. I got someone around 1pm, and told her what happened and said the reason it showed it wasn’t eligible is because I used Apple Pay for my payment. Long story short, it’s such a hassle to get their items, return anything or try to get some help for such a small issue. I give them a two star since I liked the clothes from my first order. Other than that, they’re overpriced and could definitely get better quality clothing from ASOS, or Nastygal.
