I wish there were 0 stars. Started out by never getting a confirmation email so I used the chat. She gave me a pdf invoice which I thought was weird, why could they not give me a new confirmation email? It had my size wrong when I know I ordered a 12 and it said I ordered a 16 on the invoice. I told Angelina in the chat it was the wrong size and I ordered a 12 not 16. She literally responded “here’s our size guide you should check that before you order” I DIDNT ORDER THE WRONG SIZE!!!! Then I asked her if I could just cancel the order and be refunded and she said someone would have to reach out to me on Monday and won’t tell me how they are reaching out. I’ve read they only do in store credit which is a scam and completely ridiculous. Also, every time they respond to someone on this forum it’s the same response. A bot, and all the positive comments are bots too. SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY!! Mad I fell for this company.
