Unlike most other online retailers, Showpo don’t give refunds but rather store credits if you have to return an item.My first ever purchase was a backless dress that was actually see through at the bodice. Their text description did say no lining however their studio lighting and photo editing did not show this reality. So I purchased in good faith. Online right - so how can I see the quality until it arrives? It’s false advertising!I don’t want to purchase poor quality items so want my money back not a store credit. Not possible. Their customer service said they were “super sorry” and “could I take a photo of the problem?”. Ok sure, let me get the dress back, that I’ve already returned to you, so you can see my breasts through the material?In Feb 2021, they are offering refunds. So I contact them but no, still won't give me refund as it "only applies to returns in February". So ridiculous.Overall a terrible first experience. I don’t want to have to deal with them again but alas, I have this stupid store credit. So annoying and disappointing.I don’t recommend shopping with them when there are so many better online retailers around who refund no questions asked.
