I've been shopping at Showpo for years and I absolutely love their clothes! But what I'm most impressed with is their service, which is beyond exemplary and one of the best among all the clothing boutiques I've ever shopped at. They're very flexible with their returns procedure - I once missed the returns timeframe for a month (the dress I purchased was for a friend's birthday and unfortunately when her birthday rolled around and she realised that it didn't fit, it was already past the returns deadline). However, the Showpo customer service team was super helpful and sooo nice about it, they even waived off the returns shipping fee and allowed me to return the dress for a store credit.More recently, I purchased a dress for myself and found that it didn't fit; however because I'm leaving Australia in a week's time and was afraid that my return wouldn't be processed in time for me to use the store credit and re-purchased the dress in a different size, I emailed the customer service team again to help me out with this matter. Once again they were so kind - they issued my store credit immediately upon receiving my request (after I provided them the proof of having mailed it through Aus Post)! Truly the best customer service ever xx
