Horrible experiences, yes multiple. First order, quality of two items out of four seemed off. I returned them. The only do store credit, so beware. The order was $155 and at first I was only refunded $30, which was wrong as I returned two items. I had to chat online with them about it and it wasn't I did this that I got the appropriate store credit. I today tried to order a dress with my store credit, and had a small balance left to put on my credit card. It was saying I couldn't use the store credit, but still charged my card, without the order going through. Now I am once again waiting for customer service to get back to me
