My package has taken a month outside the estimate delivery time, the tracking number is hard to understand (has said it arrived in destination country twice now), and when I requested assistance or a refund all they did was send back the same tracking number. I’m almost certain my package is lost and Showpo just doesn’t want to do anything about it.
