Have had a really terrible time liaising with Showpo. Firstly receiving an item several days later than the express delivery I paid for, and then having absolutely no one come back to me in customer service to return the item was was poor quality. (now a month since I first contacted them) really disappointed and frustrated that I’ve essentially lost my money with no one returning my emails.
