I was sent this link by the staff asking for a review, after 3 weeks of trying to receive a return. firstly the company chargers for returns and only offers store credit not refunds.secondly the quality was vastly decreased! easiest way for me to explain how, as you cant see the products is by telling you how they use those really cheap zippers, so they aren't able to do up properly or with a lot of effort- even when the dress is too big.my story this time: the first customer service employee was either very imcompediant or straight up lied to me, so i made a complaint ant asked for a refund. After 2 hours on the cost, followed by 18 emails between the company and myself, they agreed to the refund, so i sent the clothes back. they received they clothes over 2 weeks ago and they only processed my return yesterday when i asked what was happening. Even after all that they haven't refunded the full amount and some is store credit - i said i don't trust the company any more, so i wont want to spend it, to which they said i can give gift cards to my friends .... what kind of friend would i be to but them through this!!its such as shame as it was my favourite store for years and recommend it to so many people, but this is not the same place i started shopping at 6 years ago.Do not waste your hard earned money please!
