This review is about the returns process. I lodged a return that was super easy and dropped the parcel off at Aus post. Two weeks later it hasn't moved. I contact Aus post and showpo for help and showpo were so good about it. The package was deemed lost in transit! But showpo refunded me thankfully. So grateful for their support and will shop with them in the future
