I had very good experience so far. Ordered dress on Wednesday arvo and it arrived on Friday. Unfortunately dress had a faults, so I contacted customer service in regards of return. After completing online return process, Ida (customer service representative) got back to me within 2 minutes confirming acceptance of the return.I have not posted parcel yet, as it all happened so sudden, but I am positive, that this case will be closed with no issues.
