I have been shopping with the company for several years, and I've rarely needed to contact customer service since their return policies are incredibly easy and accommodating for customers. Recently, I initiated a return for a dress I purchased as a Christmas gift for my sister. It wasn't her style, so we decided to return it for store credit, allowing her to select something else. Amid the holiday rush and the confusing period between Christmas and New Year, it took me a little longer to process the return. The app wasn't functioning properly, and while trying to use the website, I was presented with limited options. I selected 'faulty,' even though the dress wasn't defective; I assumed there was an issue with the portal. Today, I received an email from a representative informing me that the dress didn't qualify as faulty. However, considering it was a gift and I was just one day past the return policy (21 days), they graciously made an exception to provide store credit. The support was delightful and unexpected. This outstanding customer service reinforces why I continually choose to shop here! Thank you!!
