I have previously ordered multiple times without any problems. Recently, I placed a new order that was supposed to ship on November 3rd and arrive by November 20th at the latest. Now it’s December 8th, and I still haven't received it. I've attempted to reach out to customer support several times over the past two weeks but have received no replies.
