Disappointing experience with delayed order.

I have made several purchases without any problems in the past. However, my recent order was supposed to be shipped on November 3rd and arrive by November 20th at the latest. As of December 8th, I still haven't received it. I have attempted to reach the support team multiple times over the last two weeks, but I've had no response. I strongly advise against buying here — once an issue arises, there is no assistance available.

Poor customer support

I have previously ordered multiple times without any problems. Recently, I placed a new order that was supposed to ship on November 3rd and arrive by November 20th at the latest. Now it’s December 8th, and I still haven't received it. I've attempted to reach out to customer support several times over the past two weeks but have received no replies. Avoid signing up for this service... there is no assistance, and no one seems to care. A package never arrived, and I reached out three times without any response... It’s not worth signing up here; you might as well go to another platform that offers helpful support and good products at competitive prices.

Initial experience was disappointing

Initially, they sent broken items. Then, I received the wrong item. When I requested a refund, they denied it and told me to contact the bank myself. In the end, I lost money and never received a refund or an apology. I strongly advise against using this site.

High return costs!

6,50€ to return an item is outrageous!!! Forget it. That’s too expensive. I've had enough. Other companies offer free returns or much cheaper options. I won’t order again.

Scammers at this platform

This platform operates like a scam, especially when ordering through a payment service. You place an order with one delivery fee, but they split it into several deliveries and charge a fee for each. Then they add additional charges on top of that. I refuse to pay for their inefficiencies! They shift their costs onto customers. First, it’s dishonest and deceitful! They also fail to respond to emails, and their phone line is non-functional. Therefore, as a customer, I can't communicate with anyone. I’ve reported this matter to the appropriate authorities. This feels like robbery!

First and last experience!

First time ordering and never again! I ordered a sweater, but they sent shoes instead! Then I have to pay to return them, and I still haven't seen my refund after over two weeks. What kind of site is this? Other similar sites reimburse immediately after shipping back items for free!

Received completely wrong order

We ordered 7 pairs of shoes in mid-June. By early July, we received our parcel with 7 pairs, but all were the wrong sizes and models! Nothing matched our order except for the brand. Now we have to return the parcel, but since we're in a different country, we must pay for shipping first and hope for reimbursement (if it happens). The excuse given over the phone was, "Well, we might not have those models anymore." If that’s the case, don’t send anything and just inform the customer!

Never again! Avoid this website!

I'm so frustrated that, despite not usually posting reviews, I feel compelled to warn others. In March 2014, I ordered several items from this website (the prices were tempting); I received my order (in a plastic bag, no box), but one item didn’t fit, so I decided to return it (at my own expense). Guess what? I never got my money back! In September 2015, I finally received an email asking for my account IBAN (which was already registered). Hoping for a refund, I provided the information, but it’s March 2016 now, and I still haven’t seen any reimbursement! I can’t understand how they continue to operate without intervention from authorities. This company should have been shut down long ago.
