We ordered 7 pairs of shoes in mid-June. By early July, we received our parcel with 7 pairs, but all were the wrong sizes and models! Nothing matched our order except for the brand. Now we have to return the parcel, but since we're in a different country, we must pay for shipping first and hope for reimbursement (if it happens). The excuse given over the phone was, "Well, we might not have those models anymore." If that’s the case, don’t send anything and just inform the customer!
