I feel let down by the repetitive comments regarding the 'good value' of the new subscription model. While I understand the need for the company to earn revenue, this method doesn't seem effective. Previously, I could easily give away items without charge and received quick responses. Now, I find it hard to give anything away, even if the listings were created before the new cost structure. My partner has subscribed but has had little success selling, indicating a drop in user engagement. This aligns with my experience and suggests many users have moved on to other platforms that are currently thriving. From a usability standpoint, the app feels stagnant and hasn’t improved since the subscription was implemented. A more reasonable approach could be to charge a small fee only when an item sells, while keeping giveaways free. This would seem fairer and could encourage continued use of the platform.
