Struggling App

The app has been struggling for quite some time and feels neglected. The outdated models indicate a lack of attention. Once the top-selling app, it has lost its appeal. Selling is no longer free, and the marketplace is mostly empty. I will uninstall it as it is ineffective in its current state.

Let Down

I feel let down by the repetitive comments regarding the 'good value' of the new subscription model. While I understand the need for the company to earn revenue, this method doesn't seem effective. Previously, I could easily give away items without charge and received quick responses. Now, I find it hard to give anything away, even if the listings were created before the new cost structure. My partner has subscribed but has had little success selling, indicating a drop in user engagement. This aligns with my experience and suggests many users have moved on to other platforms that are currently thriving. From a usability standpoint, the app feels stagnant and hasn’t improved since the subscription was implemented. A more reasonable approach could be to charge a small fee only when an item sells, while keeping giveaways free. This would seem fairer and could encourage continued use of the platform.

Long-Term Decline

The platform has been in decline for a significant time. It feels like the app is neglected, with outdated models reflecting a lack of care. At its peak in 2016, it was a top seller, but now it struggles to compete. Selling is no longer free, and the marketplace seems largely empty now. I plan to delete the app as it has become quite ineffective.

Not Worth It Anymore

This platform has lost its original purpose of helping communities recycle items and reduce waste. Now, it charges a minimum fee each month even if nothing sells. I refuse to pay while this unreasonable system is in place. There are many better alternatives available.

A Disappointing Change

I frequently used the platform to sell or give away items but have found it unfair to now have to pay, even if it's just a small amount. After deleting the app, I will return to using other free selling sites. This decision by the company could cost them many users.

Greed Over Service

This platform used to be great but has become greedy, claiming they don’t run ads to justify the charges. However, I have seen ads on the platform, which suggests it’s more about profit than service. I hope it doesn’t expand to other regions with such high fees.

Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed with this platform. I used to rely on it often, but since the introduction of fees, I have stopped using the service. It feels wrong to have to pay to sell items.

Goodbye to Free Listings

I’m saying goodbye. It’s impossible to have free listings while charging a subscription. The management’s decision to implement this has doomed the platform.

Limited Options

I rarely find anything suitable, so I stopped using the platform until recently. I’m not likely to make any purchases.

Avoid This Platform

I was in the middle of a purchase when my account was unexpectedly restricted. After contacting the support team, they closed my inquiry without any response. Now, I have no idea why my account was limited. Their solution was to delete my support account instead of addressing my concerns. I advise others to avoid this platform at all costs.
