Buyer bought my phone, requested return, never returned and shpock refunded them. I did not get my phone back or the money for it. Its been nearly a year now that shpock did not resolve it. They take no responsibility for nothing. Worst selling platform.Update: Shpock contacted me saying rhe same thing that they are not able to help except blocking buyer from using the app again. Nothing on my favour, no help at all
