First time customer of Shpock.. I bought an item and was charged twice for it, I flagged this immediately and it was acknowledges by customer services the following day. 9 more days have passed and despite trying to get an update twice, I don't get any response - customer service is online only and practically non-existent it seems. I'm now disputing the transaction with my bank to get my money back quicker. First and last time I use this website.7531912 is the incident number if you'd like to get it resolved today before I contact the bank, I'm not contacting you again so don't bother asking me to in your response as you have done with other negative reviews.
