Do not use this company all the bad reviews on here are bang on to the word , I'm having trouble as well with them. Its funny how every bad review is followed by 4 or 5 excellent ones to drown them out as statistics goes you couldn't have 39% excellent and 57% very poor unless the staff were being forced into leaving a review. If trust pilot was to look into there IP address a wonder how many would be from a Shred It building. Make sure you read your contract as its a rolling contract and use the notice period soon as you can.
