It’s unfortunate because the hotel and spa are located in a beautiful area with stunning views. While the treatment was lovely, the spa itself was dirty and in disrepair, featuring mold and broken tiles. I observed one staff member vaping on her phone while lying on towels and robes in the storage area. Our hotel room was unclean, stained, and had two beds pushed together creating an uncomfortable gap. The restaurant staff were friendly, but we ended up without drinks for our meal as they forgot three times. A full meal with no drinks is unacceptable! Overall, this place is a disaster!
