The room was uninhabitable due to damp walls, making it unsafe for me due to allergies and hidden disabilities. When I voiced my concerns, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The situation left my friend and me in tears, having traveled a long way and wasted our holiday. We ended up with only a refund after a long battle with customer support. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel, especially given the numerous negative reviews reflecting similar experiences.
