Poor Customer service, extremely Spa poor facilities & a dose of Serratia Marcescen's & mold in the bathroom. Safe to say we will never return to this establishment. The Spa package offers either to do half a day on the friday & half a day on the saturday or a full day on one of the days - do not be fooled, this is not an option. you must book which option you want. We arrived on friday, checked in at 3pm to a filthy room, dust was thick on the bed frames, cobwebs everywhere & pink mold on the bathroom tiles (pictured) total health hazard.We out of curiosity went down to the spa to see what time our treatments were on the saturday as we wanted to do the full day instead of 2 half days - to be told out facials were in 10 mins - which we had to have or miss out, & at this point we had missed the whole spa time we were supposedly allotted. The receptionist was rude & claimed this had nothing to do with her, it wasn't her fault. we got told to make a complaint at main reception. My facial was ok but my friends was awful. didn't even take her makeup off first after our facial we complained to receptions, she didn't care at all so we moved on.Went to the main reception to complain, she wasn't interested. We then also tried to book our dinner reservation to be told she couldn't do that from main reception & we had to walk to the restaurant to book from there (surely the main reception is the heart of the hotel & can book everything from there!!) clearly notThe meal in the restaurant wasn't great, & drinks were very expensive (only one positive was the nice restaurant host) We then visited the Spa the next morning & we were disappointed, the lockers are pre-locked & very difficult to unlock to then use. Most of the lockers contained peoples stuff that were unlocked as they must have given up trying. We entered the spa itself & Yuk, Moldy ceilings, dirty floors, one pool was empty (no water) draining cover was loose in the pool & my friend hurt her foot, we went outside to the one nice looking pool which was nice, but they have no limit on people in the Spa we were like sardines in a tin, no room to move. Empty dirty plastic glasses everywhere, the atmosphere was anything but relaxing. All in all a huge expensive disappointment, i would strongly advise on not booking this place. Not just for the Spa but for your own health (Legionnaires from the bathroom) Gross
