Awful experience—avoid the afternoon tea at all costs! The staff were rude and unprofessional, making the visit unpleasant from the start. The venue itself is outdated, with decor that feels hastily put together and cheap. As for the food, it was truly disappointing—cheese slices with margarine on the worst white bread imaginable amongst other terrible sandwiches and cakes. The entire place seems to be surviving solely on its older clientele. I would never return.
