Without a doubt, this service is a scam. I've sent numerous messages over the past year about my undelivered product, and they keep claiming it's on the way. I ordered in March 2023 and still haven't received the device or pods. Their website states delivery within 5 days in the United States, yet I'm still waiting nearly 3 years later. I will be filing multiple complaints. Clearly, they show no concern for early supporters. I was excited about this product, but now I'm very disappointed by their lack of communication.
