I preordered a unit in 2023 for just under $400. The first year there were regular updates on progress of the new units and estimated shipping dates. 2024 came around and there were less updates. 2025 no updates and customer service is nonexistent. I have sent tons of requests for information on my unit or a refund and I haven’t received any word. Just silence. I am really upset that they basically just stole $400 bucks and aren’t even pretending to care. So crappy.
I paid over £700 to support the Shrooly startup nearly 4 years ago and still haven’t received my devices. There are some ridiculous “order completion” hoops you have to jump through to get the shipping activated. They send you a link to a “guide” which is just an error message. Now I’m seeing messages online that they’re going out of business? I’m not surprised. Great idea but some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative. After placing my order, nothing was delivered for months. I ordered a device and six pods, but only two pods arrived. Now, I can't order the others as delivery is restricted to the United States. Since changing my phone, I can no longer access the app or my account. I've sent multiple emails to customer support without any response. I strongly advise against this purchase. I'm deeply disappointed to have wasted a large amount of money.
