This service is undeniably untrustworthy. I've sent numerous messages over the past year, and despite their promises, my product has not been delivered. I ordered in March 2023 and I'm still waiting for my device and pods. Their website claims 5-day delivery for the United States, yet here I am nearly 3 years later without my order. I will be filing multiple complaints. It's clear they have no regard for early supporters. I was initially excited about this product, but their lack of response has left me very disappointed.
