I purchased a pair of trainers from the company through a platform for my holiday. When they didn't arrive within the expected time frame, I contacted them several times, including reaching out to the seller by phone, requesting that they not deliver late since I would be away for 5 weeks (3 days after their estimated date) and to cancel the order. My requests were consistently ignored, and they claim the order was delivered, 5 days late, to an empty house. My follow-up requests for a refund have been ignored. I have contacted them again to ask for either a refund or delivery of the order, but given their poor customer service, I don't expect to receive either. This is a company I would recommend avoiding.
