I ordered trainers from the company through a platform for my holiday. When they did not arrive on time, I contacted them multiple times, including the seller, requesting not to deliver late since I would be away for 5 weeks (3 days after their estimated delivery date) and to cancel the order. My requests were ignored, and they claim the order was delivered, albeit 5 days late, to an empty house. My follow-up requests for a refund were unanswered. I reached out again asking for either a refund or the order, but given their terrible customer service, I have little hope of receiving either. I strongly advise against using this company.
