A few days later, I was suddenly locked out of my unit with no warning. When I called, I was told to bring my driving license and boarding pass to regain access. However, when I arrived, the story changed completely. They demanded a bank statement, which was never mentioned before. They even stated I wouldn't be allowed access if I canceled the contract. Now, I'm paying for a unit I can't use, with my belongings locked inside, and I have an upcoming flight. The contradictory information and lack of clarity caused me significant stress and wasted time. If you need reliability and honest communication, look elsewhere.
