Had some queries with an existing contract at a different site. A rude and agressive contact centre sales rep had contacted me after enquiring about an additional unit and was not very helpful! I called the helpline and spoke to Nikki (@Bristol) who confirmed what i hoped i would be able to do! Excellent job, gave me the piece of mind i needed to continue with what i need to do. Thanx
Extremely rude and unprofessional experience! I've been a customer since 2023, always made timely payments and treated the staff with respect. When it was time for my move (with a month's notice), I hired a moving company. On the moving day, the office staff encountered issues with the movers and abruptly blocked my access, demanding I pay 100€ to continue. When I inquired about the reason, one of them yelled at me, claiming it was a penalty for choosing the wrong movers (my French isn't very strong)? With the truck waiting, I reluctantly paid. I couldn't understand why it was 100€ and not 200€ or 50€ (there was nothing like this in their contract or terms), it felt like pure extortion to me. I recommend avoiding this situation if possible...

Avoid this location entirely. My experience was unprofessional and extremely stressful. I rented a unit, completed the online verification, and moved in without issues. A few days later, I was suddenly locked out of my unit with no warning. When I called, I was told to bring my driving license and boarding pass to regain access. However, when I arrived, the story changed completely. They demanded a bank statement, which was never mentioned before. They even stated I wouldn't be allowed access if I canceled the contract. Now, I'm paying for a unit I can't use, with my belongings locked inside, and I have an upcoming flight. The contradictory information and lack of clarity caused me significant stress and wasted time. If you need reliability and honest communication, look elsewhere.
